The location very near to shin osaka station, only 5 minute walk, no worry rush for early train. Facility ok, room ok , not so narrow, ac ok, tv ok, bathroom ok and all clean. Only the bed quite hard even they explain that they mix hars and soft pillow. But i think the bed should not mix with hard. Overall ok and i like it

The hotel is located very close to a train station, only a few minutes walking. The room itself was nice but has a bit of a 90's feeling. Staff was friendly, they had some limited English proficiency, enough for check-in and check-out. There is a large convenience store located near the entrance of the hotel building.

I was very grateful to be assigned a room with a good view. I liked that it was acceptable to make a bit of noise, even though the soundproofing wasn't quite as good as I would have hoped.

My group and I always stay here when in Osaka. Because when landing at Kansai Airport, take the Haruka express, it will stop here for Osaka. Also when taking the shinkansen from Tokyo, we will stop at Shin Osaka. So dragging your luggage doesn't need to change stations anymore. The lobby is quite wide. We got a surprise of an upgrade to a twin room. Thank you. The rooms are big enough. And an affordable cost We came and the room key was ready. The checkin process went fast. Really helpful. The restaurant on the 23rd floor also serves a variety of foods. For us as a muslims it will be great

Room was great! spacious and had enough space to unpack my luggage and sort things out. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Easy access to a conbini nearby and to the Shin-Osaka station which has a lot of shops and restaurants to explore.

The room was suitable for 1 person, small but comfortable. I got a window that overlook the osaka city. I even able to spot umeda sky building from my window. The view was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet was spotless and bidet is something you can only get in japan. Really pleasant room for a short stay.

We have been to Osaka 4 times and we always stay at this hotel. We use Osaka as our base to travel on day trips to cities in the south. It’s very close to shin Osaka station which is ideal for catching the bullet train.

It’s very near the Shin Osaka station, you can be walk to the station like 5 mins The downstairs is Lawson convince store you can buy your very needs there like walking 3 mins at lobby They have a very eco friendly environment plan, when you stay you can take your toothbrush or shaver on the front desk

The room was comfortable. The bath was a little small by Western standards but you are in Japan! The view of the city skyline was both unexpected and amazing.
